Homemade Honey Granola

1 kg organic rolled oats
500g organic dessicated coconut
500ml organic flaked almonds
250ml organic sesame seeds
1 litre organic honey
125ml organic sunflower oil
60ml of spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, or allspice)

Mix all the dry ingredients and spices
Gently warm the honey and oil
Stir the dry ingredients into the honey mix
The mix should be coated but not wet
