Bell Pepper and Brie Tart

Any tart is only as good as the pastry you put it in. I’ve done a quick step-by-step of my mom’s tried and tested shortcrust pastry that works every time:

My Tuna Nicoise

Scrub some new potatoes and put them on to boil

BBQ Baby carrots

Scrub and trim new carrots and wrap in double foil with butter, honey, thyme and seasoning.
Place foil parcel in the coals and cook until softened.
The honey will caramelise and make a delicate sweet herb glaze
