		<description>What a wonderful blog, with bits of info and good basic food knowledge, I enjoyed the part where you make 2 types of marzipan, should be useful for us during christmas and will definitely try out your shortcrust pastry, the puff seem too time consuming though my dad was expert at making puffs filled with coconut and milk cream which were then fried (not baked) as they do here in Bombay (India) here during Xmas time.Overall a very good site.
