The Delectable, Unforgettable Valerie Crunchie Recipe

Mix in a large bowl

500ml organic rolled oats
500ml dessicated coconut
250ml organic granulated sugar
50ml cocoa
10ml baking powder
500ml organic plain flour

Melt

250g organic unsalted butter

and add it to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
Press the mix into a greased baking dish and flatten until about 2cm thick.
